A new General Reader version of William Cross' biography of Almina, 5th Countess of Carnarvon will be published on 15 September 2011.
The new edition will drop the 800 odd footnotes and it will have a much larger faced type...so it rises from 258 pages to 370 pages.
The first part of Chapter 1 of The Life and Secrets of Almina Carnarvon is posted on this web site.
